As you can see from my selections, I have planned numerous mathematics courses and business courses. This is due to the fact that I am highly interested in Actuarial Science, Financial and Businesses in general. According to the Berkeley's website, an applicant of the Applied Mathematics is required to take the Calculus course, which I planned to take during grade 12. Calculus is an important course even to my undergraduate business program. Furthermore, I will complete the required courses of Algebra and different equation during my grade 10 PC math honors and A&W math as my elective.
Moving on to elective selections, I chose four courses that focuses on the area of business, which splits between grade 10 and grade 12. These courses can help me greatly on preparing for my courses later in the University. I would have a more thorough understanding of the course and save time with prior knowledge on the subject. I've also chosen Spanish in grade 11 as my second language, which is an area that I am highly interested in. Finally, I've chosen PE as one way to maintain my physical health with exercise. It functions like a balancer between my academic time and my exercising time.
